I HAVE PROBLEMES WITH DJM-850 USB AUDIO INTERFACE sound is inconstant sometime drop 5 times a day sometimes working 2 days in a row

I recently purchased the DJM 850 and one of the main selling points was the interface being certified with Traktor Pro 2.  Since using the DJM 850 as my interface I have noting but problems never been able to hear more than a couple minutes of clean audio at a time. sometime it takes hours before having the problem it is very inconstant  some time I have to reset the audio driver by changing the sample rate back and fort   I keep getting digital artifacts and what sounds like bit crunching throughout the mix.  I've moved the latency settings up to 1024 and still no luck.  This is not just a Traktor thing either as I hear these artifacts unsing Aleton (which is now on amy audio 6) What's odd is that I never had this problem before using my audio 6 so I have a hard time believing there is something wrong with my laptop.

I tried my best to replicate the problem or create it myself and I not able to make it crash but each time the sound drop I receive a midi sync lost error message in ableton the sound does not drop because its on the Audio 6 but anything on the USB to the mixer I have to reset it (WHY dont you set it up so if it crash it will auto update in te software instead of me having all the time to go in the audio setting changing something back and forth to make it work) I spent 1700$ on the DJM then got a Audio 6 for 250$ since it was not working then I need a 3rd audio interface for my traktor I do not suggest anny body to get the pioneer mixer until they fix the issue im getting)
