Password rules

Why are you forcing me to have a password on this way or the other way ?

That was annoying, hopefully I remember the very mixed password between upper case, lower case, non letter-number character and numeric character.

Seriously? You're complaining about security?

Login with one of the other methods ... Facebook, Twitter, Google or OpenID if you honestly can't remember a simple password.

Or try replacements, like ! for i, 3 for e... or if you're STILL incapable of remembering a password, try a program like 1Password, Roboform or KeePass.
