Can someone explain how Pioneer have managed to appoint such a useless trade spares network in the UK and how we can overcome this problem of spare parts for our customers without resorting to importing the stuff directly from the US where customer service actually means something.

Why can I no longer get all of the pares we need from the dealer portal.To say we cannot have a psu board or the main board because we would have to open the equipment is ridiculous.We have waited months for the parts department to get up and running,and we now are expected to just say to our loyal customers, sorry, thanks for waiting months but we cannot get you parts off Pioneer and refund their deposit.
