New Rekordbox version.. pleasee

I would love to know why it takes ages to come with an update..

Since the release in 2009 there aren't any major changes and the bugs I reported at day one are still present

I am starting too lose my patience here..

And why does Rekordbox still freezes, crashes, and can't handle the new I-series of intel processors?

Hopefully will we see a RB 1.6 and FW 5.0 anytime soon because I am not happy with the current status.

Had to say this!

Thanks

While i am keen to see a new version i will add that i am running rbx on an i7 and i dont actually have anything to complain about,

For me its stable - the search feature works a lot faster - not had to result back to backup databases where as before the latest version i had to repair every time before i could use it.

deleting tracks do not hang any more and it is generally a lot better.

it's definitely more stable, But I can still complain about issues it has  :)

plus, if armin van buuren can use RB live at Ultra, I think it's stable enough, LOL

Armin van buuren is using a MAC, so that's a different story ;)

with unstable I meant it's crashing on the easiest tasks like

Reloading MP3 tags (more the lets say a few hundred, or adding to much tracks at RB at the same time, these problems have been there from day 1

I really hope they will take full advantage of computer hardware in the next version and make sure RB does not crash on simple tasks
