Check your cables and make sure you have everything connected properly.

You didn't say that in the original post!  ;)

There's a fix coming for the AU (Logic plugin), the VST, when used with other applications, should work okay.

ok...  now after a few tests the plug in works well but only without the controller hardware... when i use the hardware to controll it works wrong.. do you think that the problem here is logic? how is it with other DAW like cubebase or ableton?

As I said, there's a problem with the current AU which is being repaired, there haven't been any reports of problems with the VST.

I was just wondering if there were any updated on this?

I've recently been trying to use the RMX1000 AU in logic 9 and when I use the hardware unit to control parameters on the AU, there is a slight delay.

I've also noticed when using the hardware unit it seems to effect other plugins on the channel the RMX AU is also on, e.g turning on/off the bypass on other plugins, even though the controller has not been mapped to do that?

Hope you can help

Sounds like you got the issue of "effecting other plugins" solved.

The plugins were updated to 2.x, have you tried those versions?
