[CLOSED] RMX 1000 + DJM 900 Nexus / Send and Return Problem.

Hello Community,

i have an problem with my djm 900 nexus and my rmx 1000. I put my rmx 1000 into my djm 900 send and return slot. (yes @Rmx is send and return activated)

Send is in the input and return in the output. But nothing came from the rmx :(  I see that input is comming from the mixer. But if i make effects and claps no sound came.

Somebody have an idea ?

your send  & return seem right, just check you have the correct settings on the  mixer, you should have level depth at least halfway ,your effect selector rotary knob should be selected to send & return,& your effects on/off button  should be on obviously.i know you may have done this but it is easy to miss something in haste to get going.hope this helps.

so  for cables you should have 4 TR or TRS cables into left/right from send on mixer into the same on input of rmx & return on the mixer to the outputs on the rmx its easy to get these crossed  double check.

@Johnny > Lets start from scratch - you have four 1/4in cables - two going from the Send on the Mixer to the Input on the RMX and two going from Output on the RMX to the Return on the mixer.

Then, on the mixer, you have selected the channel you want to apply the effect to and engaged the On / Off switch (also on the mixer).

Did you get it to work now?
