[SOLVED] RMX 1000
I would like to download the 120 free samples but I am not able because my 12 digit serial nr isn't accepted. My serial is like this: XXXXXXXX but it is very confusing because the O-s can misinterpreted with 0-os so I tired like all the combinations...

...and non of them work. Can someone just send me a download link, because it is very frustrating that you buy a new product, and it is super complicated to download some additional stuff.

@Alpar - the first part is the letter O, the rest are numbers... but engineers found a bug in the website and it should now be fixed. Please let me know if you have any further troubles downloading the samples.
