Question on the Pioneer CDJ 1000 MK1 (The MMC is only holding 8 disks info)

Ok i think iv worked this one out now ... im playing my CD collection now through 1 CDJ1000 and just using the 1 32mb MMC card and its working like it should all waveforms and all CUE points (the confusion came in when i was trying to juggle the 2 CDJ's and both 32mb MMC's)

if any one has anything they would like to ad to this thread please do as iv just bought Theys CDJ's and im still learning & ITS NICE WHEN U KNOW EVERYTHING ! .. ABOUT SOMETHING AS BRILLIANT AS THIS ! 

@Damin > The memory cards hold waveform data and cue points only. I believe the 16MB cards hold somewhere in the region of 1 million cue points.

Are you using the card that came with the player? Did you buy the player second hand and if so, did you format the card (erase all data on it) to FAT32?

Hey Gavin i got the CDJ's 2nd hand but in mint condition i must say .. They are the 1000MK1 so i had to buy 2 x MMC cards off ebay when i put the cards in the CDJ's the CDJ's asked if i would like to format the cards so i said yes ..

But now things are looking up as on the 1 MMC i am loading all my CD's waveforms then i found that software that can duplicate the card that u run in windows.

im only on CD 20 now but its ok it will be worth the wait :)
