Good morning all, Have purchases a second hand cdj 1000 which arrived yesterday and it will not play cdrs for love nor money. Most of the time I get a e-8304 code, however I understand this to be a mo3 problem. So, instead, I burned some audio discs and still no joy, if it does load, I get an awful lot of static/white noise. Try putting an "official" (could not think of a better word) cd and it is jury and staticky. I have spoken to the vendor who assures me that the nit was serviced before purchase and I have no reason doubt. Expert opinion would be great,y appreciated.

@Matthew > If you get an error and the CDs aren't loading then its a hardware problem and you'll need to bring the unit to an authorised service centre for repair. Given that you've already taken the correct action by trying commercially pressed CDs as well as your own CDs and neither work, this tells me it is a hardware problem.
I'm also having problems with one of 1000mk2 units when I turn it on it does not eject and the display does not come on niether does the jog wheel display please help
