(Problem) Pioneer Mep 4000 Cue

Hello, I have problems with my pioneer mep 4000, did not really know if it's a problem, the "cue" button is not as accurate as the others, the play button is very accurate, responds instantly, but the cue I pushed hard to respond, happens in the 2 decks, with flash drives or CDs.
