a few things can cause that which i will list below but you should bring it in for service
something caught in wheel track like a possible broken wheel
broken wheel or wheels
platter jumped off track

[CLOSED] Pioneer cdj 1000 MK3 jog wheel spin problem...
Any one know whats cause this and how to fix it? Please help.
