@dj-andy > Thanks - can you please download and run the SIW tool (it's a stand-alone diagnostic utility, no installation required). Run SIW and then go to File > Create Report File > HTML and then EMAIL me the file (don't post it as an attachment here).

Hi dj-andy.
I have an issue as well with rekordbox. Installed well, but when I want to run, appears the message, "...This is not valid win32 app."
I've maked a SIW report, where can I send it ?
@Alex > If you're running rekordbox on Windows XP, that's the problem -- XP is no longer supported, only Windows 7/8/10.
hello,
can you please tell me wich is the last version of rekordbox that can run on windows XP ?
(and where can i download it? ;)
Windows XP was officially at "end of life" in April of 2014, 13 years after its initial release, which is way longer than an operating system should have support. Since then, Microsoft has released Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
rekordbox 3 had dropped support for Vista, and we are no longer providing rekordbox 2 as it required a license from a server which is no longer in use.
I'm sorry, but you're going to have to upgrade your computer. It's time to move on from XP.
Ok, thx for ur answer.
i'll have to try win7 as a guest virtual machine running on my windows xp 64 :P
So, instead of rekordbox for windows XP, can i have the "slip mode lock" update for my xdj 1000 ? :))))
( i know xmas is far away, but it's my birthday soon ;)
Unless your virtual machine can also fake out the type of processor, your XP box may be too old to meet the minimum requirements.
And no info on the slip mode function, sorry.
