Try using HFS+ (case insensitive) instead. For me that worked wonders for exporting to USB.

crash during usb-transfer !?
hi there,
i've read the thread before posting and still can't seem to resolve my problem; rekordbox (1.5.3) has suddenly (the first weeks of usage was just fine) started to crash constantly when copying to usb (fat32) ?? my first thought was corrupt database, but can't seem to locate the folders in my system..
a reinstallation of rekordbox has been done on my mac, but the same crashing scenario reappears : (
any suggestions ??
