Go to Rekordbox > Click on the arrow for Device and you'll see a panel on right for the USB device. Go to Category and choose which ones you want active / inactive.

How do I get all categories to show up?
Having a problem with usb showing all fields on my cdj 2000; bpm, genre, time...... I tried going in (Rekordbox) and selecting them with the arrows and in file manager to select show all missing fields, but still no good. I know there is a easy solution but just can't find it. Please help, thnx.
