rekordbox 2.0.1 giving differing info on tracks on 1st load & 2nd load into rb player

In the attached screenshots the 1st shows the track when it is loaded once into the rb player, the cue etc seems to be out from what i set it

                                                          2nd shows the track if its loaded again into the rb player, it seems to rectify the cue point info to what it should be

Why is this happening?
