Beat Grid Adjustment Issues

Hi hope someone can help me ?

I've started to properly adjust the beatgrids on my tracks but I'm come across a couple of tracks that I can't seem to get back on. An example of this is Booka Shade's Honeyslave. Anyone who has the track will note that following the breakdown the phrase gets out of sync with the beat marker coming in on the second beat of the bar (I think). Being a novice to adjusting beatgrids is there a way I can resolve this ?
