Rekordbox Move BeatGrid ?

Hey,

I can't seem to find it on my rekordbox software on my mac os x , currently using ver. 2.0.1 

where is the move beat grid option like the song has a empty seconds before the song starts i can't move it !

and why on earth hasn't any of the pioneer support team replied my concerns in this forum regarding other problems im facing ! its been too long
