Rekordbox & CDJ Issues

I have 2 issues, the flash drive with all my music isn't loading on my cdjs. When first inserted they were there but I must have clicked somthing to make them hide. Secondly once I get the songs anylized on rekord box, how do I get them to the MacBook pro. I have them connected USB into the com and computer jack in the back of the cdj. Everything is updated and I'm frustrated. Help please. Also the Bpm us jumpy and tough to keep mixes together
