have you tried version 1.5.2? 2.0.1 is full of issues, I never had as many issues with RB as I do now with 2.0.1, it is bug ridden

Well when using the link to my CDJs I occasionally get a random crash of Rekordbox mid gig, giving my 15 seconds or so to switch to a new track on the backup USB (I have to always plug in because it always crashes). I havn't had the chance to try out other CDJs other than mine as I only use my set up.
I have the wireless network turned off, and have set ethernet to priority on the networking preferences. I also don't run any programs in the background.
The crashes are intermittent; at some gigs I wont get any at others I'll get a few a night. At the moment for me I find the system so unstable I'm unable to go to the toilet quickly without playing a track from the backup USB. My friend who has the exact same set up has no problems at all (although he does have a newer macbook pro, but mines 2008 so shouldn't be a problem?)
Anyway hope you guys can help!

meant 1.5.3, that was the last stable release I have used, And i use the stable very lightly
I had the issues with both versions I believe, although might roll back if theres a general consensus that 1.5.3 is more stable?
I dont know about a general consensus, but I know I had the least amount of issues with that version, 2.0.1 is f'n killing me and I am forced to use it because of the Nexus decks,
I still use 1.4.1
looks like pioneer needs to do away with the mixvibes ting, take full control of rekordbox, and focus some more resources for its diehard customers.

I´ve tried various versions of Rekordbox but the software simply crashes as soon as it starts on my computer.
It seems that the database file is corrupted by the process of analysis of songs.
I´ve identified that this problem occurs due to Rekordbox automatic track analysis process, since I can´t stop
the process while there are songs not yet analyzed. I´ve been looking for a solution to this problem for a long
time till now and I'm tending to abandon its use because of this recurrent problem.
I saw many other people complaining about this problem on the Net as well, but the Pioneer advice is
erase the pre loaded Rekordbox library and import all my music again and thus lose all the work already done
(grid analysis, cue point sets, etc) ;-(
This is impractical since I have 80K tracks to be analyzed every time I reload them !!!
I ask for a solution to this problem that makes it unfeasible to use the program and undertakes Pioneer D-Link
technology.
