@Smurf > Do you know why it crashed? Was the program analysing a lot of files at the time perhaps?
What kind of computer do you use? What are its specs?
There is a database save option: File > Library > Backup
:(
Rekordbox 2.0.1 crashed and I have lost all the ID tags I've been entering for the past 6 hours.
Some kind of save database option would be nice

Hi there
PC is Windows 7 3G RAM.
It has been analyzing 6,000 files for around 7 hours and had around 1500 to go and I was ID tagging them as they complete.
I also removed over 2,000 files and they are now back in the library.
I was hoping the 'Reload Tag' option might restore the tags but it didnt :(
I have used the backup option but don't really want to be running that every few minutes in fear of another crash.
Cheers
@Smurf > Its better, as with any software, to let the tracks finish importing and analysing before you go editing anything. Then do a backup and then started editing your ID tags. I would suggest you import your tracks overnight if you wish to use your laptop during the day.
Yip, that's what I'm gong to do..
I can live with the crashing, its just loosing everything is annoying.
Cheers mate
