Cant Input License Key into Rekordbox

I just got the pioneer xdj aero. I put in the cd to install rekordbox on windows 7 laptop and it installed it and when I double click the icon to open it, it shows the license key field for about 2 seconds then disappears and nothing happens. what should I do?
