[SOLVED] Connection troubleshoot between rekordbox on iphone and rekordbox on pc.

Im trying to connect rekordbox on my iphone to rekordbox on my pc. I'm tapping on "connect" in the iphone app and then i'm pushing the connection button that is located below tree view of devices pane of rekordbox(Mac/Windows). But every time i do so i get "no mobile device was found. Please confirm WiFi settings" on rekordbox on my pc. Im sure that i am on the same wifi. I tried turning off windows firewall but nothing changed. what to do?

I really need some help because im planning on buying a XDJ AERO so i need all the data to be synchronized on my iphone app too.

@Jean and @Philip > The engineers have asked me to pass along the following information:

From their explanation, neither turning off the firewall and setting the firewall does not work for them. The last thing we can think of they can try is to check the setting of the Wi-Fi router. There seems to be a setting in the router that allows or does not allow the connection between devices. See the picture attached. Some routers come with a tool to set up  the router. Other routers come with router's url and login info so that he/she can access to the router itself using a web browser. Please ask them to check how the router is set up.
