Adding just a few tracks to the library for the XDJ-R1 prepared USB-stick takes hours.

Hi Pioneer and everybody else,

My problem is just as described in the title. I first created a recordbox USB-stick and added about 20 playlists consisting of approximately 3000 tracks. After exporting these playlists i pushed the "eject usb" button in recordbox which, since I chose to create a XDJ-R1 usb-stick, means that recordbox starts to create a library on the USB-stick which is required to be able to use the XDJ-R1. This process took hours (which is understandable).

However, one week later I wanted to add 3 new tracks to the USB-stick. I exported them to the correct playlist on the usb-stick. After that i once again pushed the eject usb-stick button and recordbox once again started to create the XDJ-R1 library. To my disappointment i realized that this process took hours again, just like it did the first time I did it. However, this time I only added 3 tracks, does it really have take hours in these cases too, the cases when I just want to add a few tracks? In practice, this means it's impossible for me (and all other dj:s using the XDJ-R1) to add a track to my usb-stick the same day I'm about to use the usb-stick at a gig.

I would really appreciate if Pioneer or anyone else in this forum has a solution for this, in my opinion, really huge administrative problem.

Kind Regards:

Please try with rekordbox 3.0 and see if the same issue persists.
