Feature Request: open playlist in different window / edit while linked

HI,

A couple of feature's I think would be usefull.

Open Playlists in a different window - Opening playlists when other panels are open tends to clutter the screen, so opening in a separate window would be good. Also opening more than 1 play list at a time.

Edit Properties when linked - I'm sure this been mentioned many times before
