5) Must be NTFS (not FAT32)

FollowRekordbox has stopped - befor it began (2.0.7.2)
Hi guys,
At this very instant I get the "rekordbox has stopped working" error message, almost right after I clicked the icon.
For me it hasn't become a blocking issue yet. But bear with me and maybe it might help to pinpoint one of the issues, so your software engineers might help.
It has worked in the past.
It does not work now, so what has changed ...
I never had my music files stored on a local disk, but on an external drive - connected through USB (drive O), and the folder as a subst drive (P).
I moved my music files to a network attached drive - read USB connected thumb drive that can moved to the local USB port (M)
What didn't work, trying to solve the issue:
- removing al registry keys in WIN 7 with pioneer referral
- reinstallation of a clean RB 2.0.7.2 version
- reimporting the music folder from M
- old config & relocate all files to the new drive M
- moving, through rekordbox itself the MUSIC analysis files from P -> M
- exporting everything again, through rekordbox P -> M
- point all default folders to something else but P (like import folder, track, ...)
None of the above solved my issue.
Conclusion so far, as long as I keep my drive P functioning, all goes well - rekordbox starts up, with all music files analyzed.
P drive absent - Rekordbox crashes.
My guess - is that there is still a pointer to the old drive somewhere, or the response time/answer is not as expected (doubtful).
Anything else you need for analysis ?

FYI: External drive must be FAT/FAT32 or HFS+, you cannot use NTFS
Hi BriChi (and others),
Just as clarification for Question 5) it is an USB drive directly connected to a Router, as light NAS.
Pre-formatted by the manufacturer as FAT32. But addressable over the network (where my desktop OS WIN7 says it is NTFS, since the storage component is behind a Linux OS on the router for NAS functionalities.
Now, I don't think it matters that much, since Rekordbox is able to read ALL music information from this USB drive - once I have started up rekordbox with the old drive present.
Thanks anyway.
