I haven't seen this but keep me in the loop in case I can do something on my end...
Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but for the life of me I can't work it out as it's so random.
Most of the times I export a playlist in 2.1.1 to USB, it exports the tracks fine, but the cue points are missing when I load them up on to the CDJ?
I've only managed to get them to export properly once and for the life of me I don't know how I did.
I've even completely formatted the USB and exported again - but the problem still exists
The tracks and cue points have been imported in to Rekord Box from Traktor via Rekord Buddy and show correctly in Rekord Box.
I need 2.1.1 as it fixes the bridge problem with importing the beat markers.
Luckily I have a simple workaround. After importing in to 2.1.1 via Rekord Buddy, close Rekord Box 2.1.1 and open Rekord Box 2.0.7
It exports from there flawlessly.
Anyone else come across this? And if so, how did you solve it?

what if you try using the synchronization tool in 2.1, select the one play list and select the box that says to "Include cue points". This may force it to include them to work around a possible bug when not using the new sync tool
just so you know too, not that this helps ya, I just tried exporting a track with a cue and it updated the external drive tracks and added the cue without using the sync tool.
after you export, can you look at the external drive in RB and see if the cues are there? Maybe just the cdj is not auto loading them which is a separate setting in RB as you proabably know
