any word on the shift and arrow keys not working for shortcuts? old thread locked

Pulse, you had mentioned in a post below that was locked back in 2011 that it is known and being worked on but it's still not fixed. Can we get an update of the engineers even remember this is an issue?

right now you cannot use shift or ctrl plus the arrow left/right keys as a keyboard shortcut, it maps but does not actually work,
