[OPEN] Question to "Pulse" about mp3s

Dear Pulse,

A few months ago you did helped and advised me a lot in transferring my mp3 from pc to mac.

These days I am having a lot of trouble when playing some mp3s.

Here's my setup: 2 X cdj 2000, mixer djm900, Mac book 15 version 10.7.4, all connected with a TP-Link

Problem: some mp3s do not transfer properly in my pen-drives (formated FAT32 and EX-FAT). Some songs donnot play on the cdjs or will lock both cds when I try to play them (Both cdjs are linked to the TP-Link and the MAC).

I have tried to use MP3 SCAN + REPAIR software but it damages my songs and neither iTunes nor Rekordbox recognize the songs. it says that they are not audio format or something like this.

Is there any other software that can clean all my mp3s so I can play without the continuous fear that there may be a crash at anytime?

Please note that I perform in a country with many cultures and communities, hence I need to have lots of musical genre with me all the time (in case somebody ask for a song, i must have it at hand)

I HAVE 70,000 songs on a LACIE Little Big Disc thunderbolt series 1 TB. It is connected to my MAC through thunderbolt cable.

I would be much grateful if you could help me ASAP. I have to perform 3 to 4 times per week.
