Rekordbox more than one question

Basically i have ticked the box in preferences to remove playlists and tracks from device when a playlist is deleted, but the playlist and tracks are still on my usb?

Does "update my collection" update the rekordbox library or update my usb say if i added a new track to a certain playlist would it then appear on my usb?

Say i have a folder for each month, inside the folder there are 4 playlists for each week, i am about to add week 4's playlist to my usb, if i right click on that playlist and click export to device, this playlist is not added in the folder for that month it just appears on "playlists" is there a way of exporting just the playlist instead of re exporting the whole months folder to keep the usb organised with the 4 folders in each month ?
