Rekordbox 3.0 file transferring

This is my fifth time coming back here to see if there is any information about how to "EASILY" transfer music to the USB. 

"SYNC MANAGER" is NOT friendly! I deleted a whole playlist from my USB device and now have to re-import all those song that were cued up. So far I have yet to see how good this new update is. Aside from the pretty colors! If I wanted pretty colors I would play on a laptop!!!!

Can somebody post a link to a video that walks you thru a step-by-step on how to transfer files?

Somebody please help!
