Terrible Audio Quality in Rekord Box

Not sure quite what I'm doing wrong here, The preference menu in Rekord box has a very small amount of options and I've bumped the buffer size all the way up which didn't really change a whole bunch. The Sample Rate is at 96000 Hz

There is seemingly no reason for it to be putting out such terrible audio. If I play a track in VLC, Media Player, Foobar or any other similar program it sounds fantastic. When I'm going through songs I want to play before a gig I don't want to have to open each song in a separate program to give it a proper listen?

I'm running Windows 8.1 and the latest version of Rekordbox
