Windows Vista support

I have a laptop with Windows Vista OS. I have installed Rekord Box 3.02. I cannot open the program. 

The error states: This application failed to start  because MFReadwrite.dll could not be found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Is this in fact an OS support problem, or some other issue??
