Im running a mac at home and a macbook for the road. So I often make playlists at home and drag a playlist onto an external HD to import onto the macbook. I never move an original folder with tracks on it...but I'm constantly getting Tracks missing on both machines. I can't get my head around it? Ive used the same method for serato for years (which was better cause only have to analyse the track once and cues save...but thats not my beef today)
What in the hell am i doing wrong....its getting very annoying!

Unfortunately Serato and rekordbox don't operate in the same way.
Just so I fully understand the process you're using and where you might be encountering the problem, can you please give me a step-by-step breakdown of what you are doing and how you are using the external HD / a screenshot or description of the file structure.
