did you create a separate KUVO account? you cannot use this forums credentials for RB login

rekordbox not working on pc.....PLEASE HELP!!!
hi folks, I downloaded rekordbox for pc not too long back, when i launch the program. I try to sign in with my login in details and it comes up with "please fix your internet enviroment & try again" so at present i cannot use rekordbox....Can anybody please help?
