No Link after 3.2.1 Update
After updating to 3.2.1, Link is no longer working.
I also have 3.0.1 and 3.1.0 and they no longer work either.
I've changed no settings at all - just simply ran the update.
Screenshots show my Link is "active", however I cannot load tracks onto the players.
My firewall settings are still as they should be and allowing connectivity of rekordbox and associated networking.

Have you tested it with the firewall disabled?
I will try make a little video and post it so you can see.

I just checked it myself and it works... what is the network hardware you're using? Have you tried connecting only one player directly?

@Bill; Issue not resolved, even with firewall off.
I uninstalled 3.2.1 and am using 3.1.0 again which works.

Question was irrelevant as my network hardware is unchanged, hence me confirming working order with 3.1.0.
So you have no interest in ever moving forward with updates? A simple "I'm using XYZ" would help, and is potentially relevant to addressing the fact 3.2.1 isn't working in your setup.
I will wait until the next update as even if I get 3.2.1 to work, I still can't use it how I'd like because of the track list focus issue, as mentioned in another thread.

I'm on OS X Yosemite.
I do have 3.2.1 running now, albeit with my firewall off.
Specifically - 10.10.?
