[SOLVED] Cannot get Rekordbox to work for PC....please please help!!!!!

I hope someone can help me with this, i've just downloaded the latest version of rekordbox. when it installs & I run it. Its asks me to set up a Kuvo account, which I have.

So I put my email and password in & keep on getting the same message.."fix your internet enviroment and try again"..

 

I cannot use Rekordbox otherwise as all my music is on my pc.....

 

Please could someone help me........Many Thanks.

I've added you to the ticket I have open with the engineering team and will update you when I hear something. Unfortunately it's Golden Week in Japan and we're not likely to have any updates for at least a week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

There may be a couple of reasons why this happens, but for the time being, please try the following work-around:

  1. Log in to KUVO.com on a Web browser and click DOWNLOAD ACCOUNT KEY on your account page to download the djprofile.nxs file. 
  2. On the login window of rekordbox when it is launched, click ”You are not connected to the internet” and select the downloaded djprofile.nxs file.
