It will be more faster if you use a SSD and a USB 3.0 port.
With that setup I trasnfer 3000 tracks in 10 minutes

Really unhappy with rekordbox transfer speed.
Today I wanted to introduce Pioneer Player to my coworkers here at hotel event company.
So they asked me to put 2000 tracks onto an USB stick which took 3-4 hours, which is ridiciolous.
Will this ever become faster?
This is just crazily slow if you need to use it fastly.

What i really want to say you is the problema is not at Rekordbox. The transfer speed depends in the hardware you are using

It's true, it's more to do with the filesystem you're using, and the speed of the device. I have a good quality, high speed, USB2 device that has proven to be faster than a low quality USB3 device in testing.
