Rekordbox 3.0 help...?

Updated to 3.0 expecting it to be as seamless as possible....! hard drive not showing up in sync manager and cant export my playlists or any of my collection. am I missing something here??> nothing is showing up in devices, nothing has changed since the last rekordbox. I cannot select any playlist in the sync manager.. again??>

also "renumber track order" in "playlists" doesn't seem to work. It was a right click on the playlist info panel menu in the last rekordbox to renumber the order of songs in the playlist but has now been moved to the top playlist menu and has not renumbered the order of my tunes in the particular playlist............literally nothing.....

How is that hard drive connected? What is your operating system type/version?

The hard drive is connected via usb port. windows 8.0 operating system

Does the drive appear under the Windows explorer? What is the make and model of the hard drive? Are you using a USB hub? Is it a USB2 or USB3 device?

thanks for getting back to me pulse, really struggling with this one! yes it appears under the windows explorer as drive letter H: as it always has. on opening rekordbox all my tracks load aswell which is very confusing. Hard drive is 'WD' 500gb. No USB hub and it is both USB2 and USB3......
