Remotebox Waveform / Track-Profile is needed

Let's be clear:  

A track profile looks like a progress bar with the overall envelope of the track, shows where the cues/loops are (roughly) and changes color or greys out depending on playing position.  Basically it is a linear analog to what a record looks like...

A waveform is a live representation of the currently playing position zoomed way in where you see the actual waveform or frequency spectra for a beat or group of beats.

It sounds from your description that you are asking for a track profile type progress bar, and I'm all about that feature.  Waveforms are cool too, but not as useful to me...

Sure that both would be nice to have! Truely a track profile would be perfect! I just would love to see the ups and downs in the tracks. I admit that sometimes i do not know the complete track i play. So it would make things much more easy to me if i would have a visual preview!

I belive i am not the only one missing a visual preview!

I love when people say "It shouldn't be that hard..." - if the engineers could do it, I'm certain it would have been done by now. So based on that, I'm sorry but it's not likely to be available on the R1.
