Receiving Error E-8302 (C611) when using pro dj link!

0) Have you read the "READ ME FIRST" thread in its entirety AND TRIED THE SOLUTIONS THERE before posting:

**1) Operating System: OSX 10.9.4

2) OS Type: 64bit i think..

3) rekordbox version 3.1

4) Using LINK:  Yes

4a) LINK Connection method: link using 5 port switch

4b) Using with CDJs: yes. cdj 2000s with latest firmware 

8) Is rekordbox crashing at all: no

9) Are you able to repeat / reproduce the problem: Yes

9a) If yes, can you do it consistently: Yes

10) Does the problem occur with one specific song: No

My problem is:

i have 2 CDJ 2000s running latest firmware connected via a 5 port ethernet hub and then connected into my macbook pro running rekordbox 3.1

most of the time the link botton appears instantly and the decks appear as well. when i  select a track and drag and drop it on the cdj icon  as per usual the decks say loading... pause and then i get error code E-8302 (C611).

Things to include:

OSX Firewall is turned off

Using Different switches dosnt work

Using new ethernet cables dosnt work

linking just 1 player to laptop still dosnt work

full power cycle of all equipment dosnt work

re installed reckordbox dosnt work

started a new libary dosnt work

changed file path so its from my desktop dosnt work.

THE TWIST!!: it will work when i have my wifi turned on and connected to my home network with an incoming internet connection...

i've read too many forums to count and want my problem fixed
