Rekordbox 3 Beatgrid placement

Anyone else had any trouble with Rekordbox 3 analysed music? With about 40/50% of my collection, the beat grid seem to be way off... I've tried re-analysing it several times but had no luck, its still very much off.

Any help would be appreciated.
