Rekordbox Database #1 on USB Stick | Rekordbase Database #2 on Notebook

Okay I remember asking this question back in 2010, but I am hoping that after many updates, this option maybe available or there is a work-around.

Rekordbox Database #1

It's on a USB Stick

It has many Playlists and Histories

USB Stick is used with CDJ 2000

USB Stick is Owned by DJ #1

RekordBox Database #2

It's on a Notebook Computer

It's owned by me DJ #2

What I want to do is

Duplicate the USB Stick from DJ #1

to be used on a USB stick for DJ #2 to be used with the XDJ-R1 system.

Is this possible?
