Importing Playlists and Folders from USB back into RekordBox

I normally use Rekordbox to export music and play it on my XDJ Aero using the USB Function.  However, periodically i go to gigs where they only have a Traktor setup and i want to be able to use my Rekordbox tune/playlists.

For some stupid reason I initially created my folders and playlists on my FAT32 USB drive, instead of doing it locally and then exporting periodically onto the drive.  Now it is impossible for me to roll back since the Sync Manager only allows to load playlists and folders from Rekordbox to the device and not viceversa.  I need the folders and playlists to be stored locally on my mac in order to be able to export them onto an xml file that i can then use in Traktor. 

All my tunes are correctly inside rekordbox collection however I am missing the folders and playlists which are only in the USB.

I try to look for the playlists on my drive using Import playlists but i cant find them since i asume rekordbox does not use .m3u or .pls files to store its playlists.

Can you help me out?
