Finding lost files after moving iTunes to External Hard Drive

I finally gave into moving my iTunes to an external HD

Now I am having a 'File is Missing' Issue in Rekordbox. 

In settings I have changed the iTunes Library file, and rekordbox XML  to the correct location on my external drive.

Still the problem continues. 

I have also tried using the Missing File Manager with little luck, but going through every single artist folder. (There has to be an easier way to do this i.e by letting is search the entire iTunes folder and not demanding you select one track at a time)

Please Help.
