[CLOSED] Pioneer DDJ Ergo hardware controls become unresponsive
Hello Pioneer DJ Team,
My Pioneer DDJ Ergo's hardware controls does respond with the Virtual DJ LE, Taktor 2 or Serato DJ Intro software after playing for 2-3 hours under normal seamless music mixes. If I use the pitch controls extremely, the problem would be more likely to occur immediately. Only the master volume responds. I have this problem since I got it more than a month ago.
I am using a Sony Vaio "VGN-CS23G", Windows Vista Home Premium Edition 32-bit OS, Intel Pentium Dual-Core T4200, 2.00 GHz processor, upgraded 4GB RAM, 138 GB free HD.
I tried to reformat my laptop and reinstall the OS but it is still the same.
Using the controls on the software itself is OK. Is this some kind of a sound card problem?

@Har SH and @miki > Please try uninstalling and then re-installing the software on your computers as well as insuring all drivers and firmware are up to date. Does this resolve your problems?
