I have seen the video with the setup and it worked fine apart from I could not Scarth. Read me  to that i had to update my firmware to 1,100so I did.

After that, there is no contact to the console the only the "in" buttom  that lights up on it after it has run its startup. and nothing works inTraktor. DDJ version display says that it is not connected what do Ihope someone can help

Hi Veilgaard,

I think this happened to me before. Try to check the firmware version and it will show you a weird 3-digit version.

What I did was, I restarted my PC, reconnected the Ergo, switch it on and run the 1.100 firmware update again.

Good luck!

@Dennis > PC or MAC? Ensure you have your software up to date, connect the unit and then open up Traktor. Have you everything mapped correctly?

Sounds to me that somthing went wrong while you upgrade the Firmware, ore your USB port doesn not have enough power.

Could you test your DDJ with a Diffrent PC/MAC and VDJ ?

Updating the firmware again is a definite must.  Please let us know if that works.

@Dennis > Which version of Traktor are you running? i.e. 2.0.3 etc...

Have you tried going through the "Setup Wizard" again and importing the proper .tsi file again?

@Dennis > Are you sure that the firmware has applied?  I know a couple of units I've had to run it twice.

I just ran through the process from scratch (hah) and the most important step is running the Setup Wizard within Traktor and selecting the DDJ-ERGO as your controller and you MUST have firmware 1.100 installed on the unit.  Traktor must also be up-to-date.
