FollowPioneer is your marketing department is all about image and less about product? (App Ad)
I know what it is like since I worked for Apple all through the iPod years. When it was just booming into outer space. Marketing depicted it as being this magical device, and it wasn't just the iPod it was many of the computers and other products they sold. I can't tell you how difficult it is to explain to a customer how something REALLY works vs. how the TV ads and promotional bits do.
You have some guy skating around with a smart phone doing .. something. With what at first to me looks like a Pioneer brand phone. You got some other guy bouncing around. The images flash quickly and it the video is very confusing. Keep your focus on the purpose of a product and in your ads display uses and solutions that the product allows the user in a more conservative context.
Okay that is my morning rant.

I thought it was amusing!
I watched the commercial on YouTube and I thought it was Pioneer version of the IPod. It wasn't until I went to the link to the Pioneer website that it became clear it was a new controller with Wi-Fi. I like the Wi-Fi idea, but I don't like the color scheme of the XDJ-Aero, looks too much like a kid’s toy. Also a deal breaker for me is the fact it doesn't have XLR/TRS outputs, and is "apparently" only 2 channels....but I'm sure there are a number of people that will like this device… I’m just not one of them.
I’ve been kind of hoping for an updated version DDJ-T1, Wi-Fi enabled would be a good start. I don’t know much about rekordbox, but I’m willing to try it…I’m not really happy with Native Instruments and Traktor
It's just a launch video for a 'lifestyle' product which is no different to what many other tech companies are doing. Of course there will be the in depth feature videos to follow.
@Greg > It DOES have TRS outputs.
@Pulse
I missed those completely the first time I looked at it .
