DDJ-S1 Ability to be Mapped on Ableton Live
I was trying it last night and I was able to map my DDJ-S1 to Ableton live the way I wanted... I saw some topics asking about this and I am just writing this to let you know it's possible for those who are not yet sure. I will post a link to a video to show how to do it. I set up the hot cues to be the triggers of 5 clips on each track, I also mapped the volumes of each track to the volume sliders on the console, and also some effects to some knobs. Apparently, the only section that can not be mapped is the MIC and MIC/AUX level knobs, it seems that these are actual hardware. I still don't know if I can also use the DDj-S1 as the audio out for Ableton but I will try it tonight when I get home and will update.

There are no presets, you can assign the controls yourself quite easily in MIDI mode.
