DDJ-T1 need to replace a fader it sounds like

is this at all possible I've replaced them in pioneer mixers I've owned in the past even repaired the faders themselves so I'm good at repairing things myself if I don't have to send it out I would rather have you send me the faders so i can replace them myself but I would want know what you guys recommend first before think about taking it apart I've been using it everyday for a year so I know its normal wear and tear so I far I used it at every gig I've done I'm waiting for you guys to make something similar to the SX that I can use my decks with the controller but for Traktor not a real big fan of serato so if you guys can send me a new faders I can replace so I can replace them would be awesome
