Pioneer DDJ-SX Channel Fader Set too high

So I downloaded the ASIO Driver and then the New Firmware 1.02 .  I am running Virtual DJ , I went in and downloaded the Mapper on the Virtual DJ Website .  I got everything working , and even downloaded Serato and also got everything working .on that software.  My problem is that when I turn up the Channel Fader to like volume One ( I also have the Master Volume set at 1 ) The sound is very loud . I also made sure my Powered speaker was set at noon , Is their a setting I am missing ? Can someone help me out with the issue .
